We met in 2008. It felt quite strange to be with someone who was in a strange 20s, left handed, sometimes in fights, sometimes drunk, sometimes crying, and sometimes even in their 20s when they were crying and laughing. How did we get to know each other so long and still communicate? Such was the bond between people who had known for 10 years among the countless faces they had flitted through. Something as vague as 20, 30.
Those friends came to Jeju Island using me as an excuse to live there. Though it was a short schedule of 2 nights and 3 days, how about I cook and talk to my friends who usually loved cooking? I wanted to. That's how the table in Cheju is made.
I met my first friends when I was 20 and told them about our 20 and 30 days in Jeju Island. The following video is a record of that.
* Making pork chash from video

1. Cut the green onion into finger sizes.2. Cut ginger into equal portions.3. Mix all of the ingredients.4. Cook the meat thoroughly.Put the water prepared in the pot and boil the meat. You had better add meat before it boils.6. When the water starts to boil, boil it for five more minutes on a high heat and then cover it with parchment paper or foil. Cover the inside of the pot instead of outside.7. Boil it for 55 minutes on the medium heat and then take out the meat and cut it.8. Enjoy your meal.
